Who provides it

HookPulse is provided by WRP Consultoria e Informática Ltda (CNPJ 66.300.125/0001-45), R. Copaíba, Lote 01, Bloco B, Sala 408, Águas Claras, Brasília/DF, CEP 71919-540, Brazil. Contact: eu@wendelmaques.com.

The service

HookPulse: Monitor backups, automations, scheduled tasks and websites. Get an alert when a routine's check-ins stop or a site stops answering, and when it is back. Ten monitors are free. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of continuous availability; maintenance and changes are announced on the page itself.

Account and Google permissions

• Sign in with Google identifies your account in WRP services that offer this option. Your session stays on the product domain where you signed in. Wendelmaques.com can appear in the permission request as the name of WRP's application.
• Signing in does not buy a plan, authorise a charge or connect additional Google services. Each integration explains the data and purpose before asking for permission.
• Connect only accounts and properties you are authorised to use. You can refuse or revoke Google permission. This stops access that depends on it. It does not cancel purchases or automatically delete data already stored.
• Before you unlink Google, check that you have another way to sign in. The product's rules, prices and limits still apply.

Free and paid use

• Free quotas are listed in the pricing section of the home page and in the API index.
• Paid use is bought as prepaid credit or as a fixed-price service, with the methods shown at checkout (Pix in Brazilian reais, card or boleto where active, USDC); agents can also pay per request (x402, in USDC on the Base network).
• The price is shown before any charge. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Financial payment services

• Payments in Brazilian reais (Pix, boleto and card) in WRP products are processed by ASAAS GESTÃO FINANCEIRA INSTITUIÇÃO DE PAGAMENTOS S.A. (CNPJ 19.540.550/0001-21), a payment institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, which provides the financial payment services.
• WRP Consultoria e Informática Ltda is not a financial or payment institution: it provides the software and the service hired.
• When a product opens a payment account in your name, the account is opened and kept by Asaas, which runs the registration and identity check under its own policy and the regulation.

Cancellation and refunds

• When a distance consumer contract has a right of withdrawal, you can exercise it within 7 days under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, with a full refund of amounts paid.
• Using credit or receiving the service does not by itself remove rights to withdrawal, warranty or remedies under applicable law.
• If the delivery failed or came out wrong, we fix it or refund it, at your choice.
• To ask, write to eu@wendelmaques.com with the e-mail or wallet used in the purchase. We answer within 5 days, and the amount goes back through the same payment method: Pix to the paying account, a card reversal, USDC to the paying wallet.
• With no subscription and no automatic renewal, there is no recurring charge to cancel.

Acceptable use

• Respect the published quotas and limits; automate through the API and MCP rather than by circumventing the network limit.
• Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment or impersonation.
• Ten monitors are free, with their alerts. Extra monitors are free while their billing is off, up to 500 monitors per internet network, and they always keep checking. During the 7-day free trial, all monitors send alerts. After the trial, alerts from monitors beyond the free ten need a plan. When the trial or a plan ends, we send one e-mail with the plan that covers all your monitors, and the alerts on hold go out right after the purchase. Without an account, alerts from monitors beyond the free ten wait until you sign in. The monitor page shows when its alerts are on hold. Intervals under 90 seconds are free while their billing is off. The pricing page shows the reference prices. E-mail alerts to an address you choose are free on one monitor. Each additional monitor with such alerts costs US$ 0.10 once, even when you use the same address.
• The check-in link is a bearer credential: whoever has it can ping the monitor. Rotate it if it leaks.

Third-party content and contributions

• Ping bodies are yours; do not send personal data of third parties in them — the preview is stored as received, minus redacted secrets.

Availability and changes

We may change routes, prices and quotas with notice on the page and in the API index. A paid route that is discontinued has its credit returned to the balance.

Liability

HookPulse organises information and automates tasks. Review results before making a decision. In a consumer relationship, the rights of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code apply, and these terms do not remove them. Outside it, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, and our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event.

Governing law and courts

These terms follow Brazilian law without removing mandatory protections in the market served. The courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, article 101, I). The product contact handles questions and requests without preventing access to the competent authorities.
